We are living in a very competitive economy and are surrounded with a great variety of of products of high quality, which makes it difficult to pick and chose which are the best for a company as well as more economical and long lasting for a project. There is a lot of competition for the best. So we come to help out our customers to make good and viable decisions which help them in the progress of their companies.

We believe that for success one needs customer loyalty, the tools of planning, foresight, strategy and resources. It is imperative to combine these forces in an industry, to provide full customer support around the clock and every product we provide needs to be addressed with thorough professionalism, confidence and accountability. Mr. Junaid Siddiqui started Square Engineering 10 years ago as sole proprietor to serve businesses for various kinds of hardware needs. He is an Electrical Engineer by profession. He did his BS in Electrical Engineering from USA in 1992. After that he worked in several companies to acquire more professional knowledge for industrial electrical products. He has extensive experience of working with different companies such as Corning, Greenlee Textron, GE and Symmetricom.

Since the company was growing we decided to launch a Corporation. In 2008 we started Mastering Ventures, Inc which is incorporated in the State of California, USA. Our DBA name is Square Engineering for Mastering Venture Inc. Square Engineering deals in the high end quality products for industrial mechanical, communication and construction materials.

We are a major supplier of manufacturing, maintenance, and industrial supplies. We have built our reputation on providing competitively priced products and individualized service to our customers. More than just another vendor, our entire organization is committed to streamline how you order and inventory the products we provide. We are in business to serve our customers by helping to make your job easier. We are accountable to the people we touch and serve.

At Square engineering, service is a culture that has been instilled in every one of our associates since the day we started back in 1980. Perhaps that is part of the reason we have enjoyed many years of double digit growth even through the lean times we now face.

Our suppliers are major companies like Greenlee Textron, Grattan, Philips, GE, Sylvania and others. Once selected, Square Engineering orders products from these suppliers to be shipped to our main distribution centers. From there, products are sent either directly to customers the same day the order is placed, typically via DHL (Express Service) UPS by Air or Sea. Or we utilize one of our distribution center to replenish their stock.

As we are a leading North American distributor of industrial supplies, our suppliers are critical to our success. Together, we help customers save time and money by providing them with the right product at the right time.

We work with suppliers to provide a continuous flow of accurate and timely performance information to ensure a smooth supply chain. Every year, we recognize suppliers who have met or exceeded our rigorous performance metrics.
